How much does your service cost?

We take a percentage (10% - 35) from the booking cost. So as the owner you pay nothing. The guest actually pay us when they book a room at your home.

When do I get paid?

You get paid in 2 business days after your guest arrive. Example if your guest check in on a Monday you get paid on Wednesday. If your guest arrives on Thursday you get paid the following Monday.

Lawn service will start 2 weeks after we begin managing your property.

Am I allowed to host a Airbnb listing?

Make sure that Airbnb hosting is allowed in your community.
If you do not own the space you are considering listing, check with your landlord before becoming a host. Similarly, if you live in a community governed by an HOA or some similar organization, be sure to check with your HOA first.

What kind of listing essentials do I need?

Please get these essential items to start:
 
 • Freshly laundered bed linen on each bed
 • Sufficient pillows for each guest
 • Clean, good condition towels for each guest
 • Fully furnished kitchen so guests can cook their own meals
 • Toilet paper (a few rolls in each bathroom at least)
 • Bathroom toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and hand soap
 • Towel hooks
 • Hot water
 • Air conditioning and/or heating if/when necessary
 • Hairdryer
 • Plenty of clothes hangers
 • TV (with cable or Netflix etc.)
 • Wireless internet (WiFi)
 • Iron and ironing board
 • Washer/dryer and detergent
 • Private entrance to the home and keyless entry keypad
 • Extra pillows and blankets – “just in case”

Do I need to take high quality photos of the property?

Yes!  Please take some quality photos of your listing.
The first thing guests will notice about your listing is, well, how it looks. And only if they like how it looks will they read about your king size Tempur-Pedic sleeper and tub with jet streams. So be sure to invest in high-quality photos of your listing. We will have professional photos taken at a later time at no cost to you. We just need you to take some good photos to get us started.

Do I need check-in instructions for my guests?

Yes!  Please write detailed check-in instructions for your guests.

Once a guest’s listing is confirmed, they will receive an e-mail with your check-in instructions for them: where to park, how to access the property, etc. Make sure these are as detailed as possible so your guests have an amazing Airbnb experience that they will recommend to their friends.

Should I add Limserve as a co-host?
